Hot Shipping Climates - Must Read

Here are some summer time pointers:

We do not use fillers or preservatives in our body butter formula, which means our products naturally may melt in transit. We take all the possible precautions to avoid this such as:

• Priority shipping via USPS
• Heat resistant mailers
• We added beeswax pellets to our formula to harden the formula and make it more difficult to melt
• We freeze your body butter 1-2 days before shipping

What is out our control?

• Delays in shipping
• Hot delivery trucks
• Humid/hot spikes as it travels across the US
• How long it sits in a mailbox/front porch before the customer grabs it

So, how can you best prepare?

• Bulk up on body butter in the fall/winter and early spring
• Make sure to track your shipment and bring it in as soon as it is delivered
• If slightly soft, put it in the fridge for 5-10 mins until it hardens, use as you typically would when it gets to room temp
